Our Timeline
Acquisition of Estate and First Planting
In 2016, we acquired the estate in Pedoulas, Cyprus, a region known for its rich soil and ideal climate for winemaking. The first vines were planted, marking the beginning of our winemaking journey. Our focus was on cultivating local grape varieties that would thrive in the Cypriot terroir.
2016
First Rosé Wine Production
In 2021, we proudly crafted our first batch of dry rosé wine. This wine was made with a blend of local grape varieties, capturing the freshness and elegance of Cyprus. Our dedication to quality winemaking began to take shape as we produced a wine that was both aromatic and refreshing.
2021
First Red Wine Production
In 2022, we expanded our winemaking process to include red wine. The first vintage of our red wine was produced, showcasing the richness of our local grape varieties. With careful fermentation and aging, the wine embodies the bold flavors and aromas that reflect the essence of the Pedoulas region.

First White Wine Production
In 2024, we celebrated the production of our first white wine. Made with a blend of local and carefully selected grape varieties, this wine embodies the crisp, refreshing qualities that Cyprus is known for.
